Yes, we have 2 dedicated onsite parking spots for Le Physique Physiotherapy clients—bays 4 and 34. Additional visitor parking is available within the building complex carpark on the left-hand side near the entrance, corner of Helen St and Commercial Rd. You’ll also find plenty of street parking on Commercial Rd, Helen St, and Wyandra St. We recommend arriving at least 15 mins early to allow time for parking.
For your initial consultation, we recommend a 45 min appointment. This allows your physio enough time to thoroughly assess and identify the underlying causes of your condition, provide a comprehensive treatment, discuss a personalised treatment protocol, and provide a tailored rehabilitation exercise program.
For subsequent appointments, single-area concerns, a 30 min session may be suitable. More complex or multi-area issues may require up to 45, 60 or 90 mins to ensure a comprehensive session and effective care.
If you have a chronic health condition, your GP may create a care plan such as a General Practitioner Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP). These plans allow you to access up to 5 Medicare-rebated allied health sessions per calendar year. You can choose to use all 5 sessions for physiotherapy if needed.
To get started, speak with your GP to see if you’re eligible and to have the plan arranged. Please note: while Medicare covers part of the cost, a gap fee will still apply for each visit.
